The Video Biz Cohort is a year-long program that uses YouTube to 🔎 REACH your people, 🎓 TEACH them, & 👊 CLOSE the sale.

It is program that brings together business owners who are ready to use video to generate leads for their businesses. In the cohort we will work together to take YouTube implementation one small step at a time to reduce overwhelm & build community.

How much time per month does this require?

A minimum of 15 hours per month:
• 2 hrs/month- Monthly Meeting & Training

• 4 hrs/month - Shorts

• 8 hrs/month - Videos

• 1 hr/month - Flex Time

I’m not very tech-savvy, can I still participate?

Absolutely! Elise has worked with tech-challenged entrepreneurs for over 7 years. Typically, even tech-challenged business owners are able to use the strategies and tools Elise recommends with minimal assistance. Elise will always be available should you need assistance.

What tools will we be using & how much do they cost?

• Recording Equipment: I recommend using a modern-day cell phone and/or computer for recording. You may need a microphone depending on the noise level and what types of recording you will be doing. Lighting is also incredibly important. If you need assistance finding the right recording equipment, message Elise: m.me/elise.michelle.566

• Editing Software/Services: Additionally, you will need a video editing software. I highly recommend Descript for both recording & editing due to the simplicity of using a text-based video editor with AI capabilities. It is quite simply the best on the market for video editors (particularly new ones). If you prefer to outsource your video editing, this is a service Elise provides. • Keyword Research Software: You will need both VidIQ & TubeBuddy Chrome Extensions for keyword research. Each tool allows a limited number of free searches, so you do not need to pay for the software. However, this will limit the number of searches you are able to perform at one time.

• Go High Level: As a Video Biz Cohort member you will receive access to the Go High Level CRM to build your websites, funnels, & automations. Go High Level will also allow you to manage your calendar/scheduling, contacts, emails, forms, community, & affiliate offers.

• Social Media Scheduling: Elise highly recommends using Metricool to allow for automated, evergreen posting to social media. This system allows you to step away and take a break/vacation and stop the hamster wheel of content creation.

• Additional Fees: Depending on the type of content you are creating there may be additional software/recommendations from Elise. But, you are not required to purchase any specific products/software to participate in the Video Biz Cohort.

How quickly can I expect results?

This varies greatly based on the industry, experience level, offer appeal, and your comfort on camera.

Typically, results should be expected by about the 6-9 month mark. Prior to that, you can expect some increases in engagement & subscribers & possibly sales.On my YouTube Channel I started seeing irregular sales at about 400 subscribers and consistent sales at about 600 subscribers. But, your results will vary.
